I can’t believe how much I learned from that one, brief vid. Well freakin’ done! Two thoughts: I love and use supplements plenty, so I’m not knockin’ ‘em, but I’m always inspired to keep chowing the fruits and veggies by gorillas! They have the same digestive system as we do, and they can bench 2,000 pounds (on average). Where do they get that mad mass and strength? Raw fruits and veggies! Shocking but true!

Also, (this one’s more a question), I have a book on HGH (Naturally Raising Your HGH Levels, by Dr. Dick Weatherby) where the author says your body produces dramatically more HGH when you do your weight training when you first wake up, on an empty stomach. Is that goofy or correct? I’ve no idea. He cites research, but doesn’t everybody?

Anyway, thanks again for the great, and very professionally done, video!

“your body produces dramatically more HGH when you do your weight training when you first wake up, on an empty stomach. Is that goofy or correct?” Yes Mark it is correct.
Fasting in general increases the HGH up to 1000% in some cases. and when you are asleep your fasting :) for around 8 hours .
so training on an empty stomach has that effect. also not eating any carbs 2 hours before sleeping will cause HGH to rise during the sleep

Did not know the thing about no carbs 2 hrs before sleep. Very useful! Many thanks!
