how to icrease my muscle mass without getting fat
Hi, i am 15 years old 6′2 and 150 lbs. (i am very skinny) All of the weightlifting equipment that i currently have access to is a bench and a pull up bar. I am trying to put on some weight (mostly muscle) for wrestling season which starts november. Can someone please give me some exercises that i can do with this equipment in order to build muscle fast and ultimately get stronger within the amount of time that i have.
How fast does it take for a Endomorph to build muscle. Just on average. I’m a girl, 5′2″ and 118. And Please don’t talk about the right foods and aerobics. I already know that stuff.

Hi, Im exercising 6 days a week. Usually I do one hour of cardio and one hour on other machines to build muscle. I also watch what im eating. But Im not losing any weight. It is over two months since i started. I lost about two inches in my weist but no weight. Is it possible that Im building muscle and thats why my weight doesnt go down? Please answer. ; )

anyway the answer is you have to workout again .I recommend high intensity cardio it takes a few minutes a day and some strength training
Infernal13 . u may be gaining muscle (you should measure your body far percentage not just your weight ) . but may I say you may be working out more than u need . in other words u may need more rest . 6 days a week two hours a day is too much. you can alternate cardio days a weight lifting days. u may also try high intensity cardio if your main goal to lose weight.
